How to make a Crustless Cranberry Pie
- Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 10″ cast iron skillet with oil. Set aside.
- Mix together flour, sugar, and salt.
- Stir in cranberries and walnuts, and mix well.
- Add butter, eggs, and vanilla and mix well until combined.
- Spread cranberry mixture into prepared pan.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until edges are browned and a toothpick inserted in the center comes clean.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- Slice and serve when slightly warm.
