- Three eggs

How to make TikTok Avocado Bread.
- Preheat oven to 350 and grease a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
- Wet Ingredients – Mix avocado, white sugar, and eggs.
- Dry ingredients – Add flour and baking powder and mix until combined.
- Pour avocado batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake bread for 45-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes clean and top slightly golden brown.
- Let baked bread cool completely before slicing.

Ingredients
- 2 avocados ripe, peeled, pitted and mashed
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1½ tsp. baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 and grease a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
- Mix together mashed avocado, white sugar, and 3 eggs.
- Add all-purpose flour and baking powder and mix into batter until combined.
- Pour avocado batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
- Bake avocado bread for 45-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- IMPORTANT – Cool completely before slicing. If you cut quick bread before it cools, it can crumble. They need time to set.
