Did you know that you can take corn dogs or corn dog bites and just by air frying, turn them into the perfect corn dog? No need to fry corn dogs to get that full-on “state fair” taste! The air fryer oven takes frozen food from just a regular corn dog to truly the best way to enjoy a quick lunch.

No deep fryer, no wet batters, this really falls under the easy air fryer recipes that you must know.

Personally, corn dogs and mozzarella sticks are one of my very favorite snacks. In fact, if you are looking for an easy dinner, frozen foods may be on your mind. No need to feel guilty (let’s leave that for trips to fast food). Air frying is the easy way to make corn dogs and the whole family will love using this cooking method. With crispy outsides, this air fryer corn dogs recipe will soon be a replacement for the regular oven (and for sure the boring microwave that makes everything mushy and tasteless).

For full transparency, I used a Ninja Foodi All In One, 6 quart Air Fryer for this recipe.

Frozen Corn Dogs in Air Fryer (Full size)

Just a reminder, there is no need to coat air fryer basket with cooking spray or any extra oil to produce delicious corn dogs in the air fryer. Traditional methods are messy and homemade corn dogs can be time consuming when you want to eat. The best part is that air fryer frozen corn dogs are simply the easiest way to get an afternoon snack without messing with cornmeal batter.

  1. Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes at 390 degrees.
  2. Place corn dogs into basket in a single layer.
  3. Place the basket into the air fryer and close the air fryer lid. Set to Air Crisp, 390 degrees.
  4. For regular size corn dogs, cooking time is 8-10 minutes or until center is hot.
