Raw Vegetables Best for Dipping

Carrots: Carrots are an excellent vegetable for dipping because they are crunchy and sweet and pair well with creamy dips like ranch, hummus, and tzatziki.   

Celery: Celery is another classic vegetable for dipping, as its crispy texture and mild flavor are perfectly complemented by dips like blue cheese, salsa, and guacamole.   

Broccoli: Broccoli is an excellent choice for dipping because it has a crunchy texture and a mild flavor that goes well with sweeter dips like honey mustard and sweet and sour sauce.  Oven-roasted broccoli is delicious too.

Cauliflower: Cauliflower is a great alternative to broccoli for dipping. Its mild flavor and crunchy texture make it a great partner for creamy dips like ranch and tzatziki.   

Bell Peppers: Sliced bell peppers are an excellent choice for dipping because they are both crunchy and sweet and pair well with everything from ranch to salsa.   They also come in quite a few colors and make a really pretty spread on a charcuterie board or appetizer display.

Cucumbers: The crunch of the cucumber and the creaminess of the dip create a tasty combination. The dip also helps to keep the cucumbers from becoming soggy. . Cherry Tomatoes: Cherry tomatoes are perfect for dipping because they are sweet and juicy, and they pair well with various dips, from blue cheese to guacamole.  Sliced tomatoes also work well to pile on cheese and toppings.

Roasted Eggplant: Eggplant is another great option for dipping because its mild flavor and spongy texture go well with creamy dips like tzatziki and hummus.  Eggplant can be eaten raw or cooked and we have a great roasted eggplant and zucchini platter that works well for dips.

Roasted Asparagus: Asparagus is an excellent choice for dipping because it has a crunchy texture and a mild flavor that pairs well with dips.  We prefer this veggie cooked as its too bitter otherwise.
