How to make 3 Ingredient Caramel Apple Dip. 

  1. Spread premade cheesecake onto a platter or baking sheet.
  2. Microwave caramel apple dip for 10 seconds and stir.
  3. Return to the microwave five more times, microwaving for 10 seconds each time and stirring after each, for a total of one minute.
  4. Pour and spread the caramel apple dip onto the top of the cheesecake.
  5. Top with heath toffee bits and serve immediately with sliced apples, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

The heath bits will soften if you make this a day ahead. On the day of, the Heath toffee bits should stay crunchy. If you want it crunchy, which I recommend, sprinkle it with heath just before serving.

Granny smith has a good mix of “tart and sweet” for this dip.

I use my apple slicer to get eight wedges and cut each in half to get 16 per apple.

How to keep cut apples from browning. 

OUR RECOMMENDATION: I’d recommend Fruit-Fresh® for the apples to keep them from browning vs lemon juice as a personal preference.

  • ½ cup heath english toffee bits

Serve with

Instructions

  • Spread cheesecake onto a platter or baking sheet.
  • Microwave caramel apple dip for 10 seconds and stir. Return to the microwave and repeat this 5 additional times, microwaving for 10 seconds and stirring after each time for a total of 1 minute. 
  • Pour and spread the caramel apple dip onto the top of the cheesecake.
