Simple Ingredients:

  • boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • seasonings – pinch of salt and ground black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and dry ranch seasoning. 
  • cottage cheese
  • hot sauce
  • shredded mozzarella cheese
  • burrito size flour tortillas

How to make Buffalo Ranch Chicken Burritos

  1. Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  2. Place into the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes on Air Crisp at 375 degrees.
  3. Let cool slightly and remove from the air fryer. Cut chicken into small pieces and set aside.
  4. Combine cottage cheese, hot sauce, and ranch in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.

  2. Divide the chicken burrito filling mixture into 4-6 servings and place each on one warm flour tortilla.

Buffalo Ranch Chicken Burritos (20 min!)

Equipment

Ingredients
 

  • 2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup Franks RedHot Sauce
  • 1 packet Dry Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 4 large burrito size flour tortillas

Seasonings

Instructions

  • Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  • Place seasoned chicken thighs into the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes on Air Crisp at 375 degrees. Let cool slightly and remove from the air fryer.
  • Cut chicken into small pieces and set aside. 
  • In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, hot sauce, and dry ranch seasoning. Blend cottage cheese mixture until smooth.
