Ninja Foodi Corn Casserole

Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 35 minutes
Ninja Foodi Corn casserole with Jiffy corn meal mix is a traditional side dish made in your Ninja Foodi. Corn casserole by itself is already known for being a buttery corn filled dish that uses Jiffy for the moist delicious cornbread. But did you know that you can also make corn casserole right in the Ninja Foodi by using the baking option? No need to pressure cook, this Ninja Foodi Corn Casserole keeps traditionally oven baked corn casserole oven free. Smother corn casserole with honey butter or a bit of drizzled honey and a pinch of dried rosemary if you want to get fancy with your side dish recipes. Corn casserole is usually served at Thanksgiving and Christmas and is considered a seasonal dish, however, enjoy it year round because left overs are just so good too!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup 1 stick, melted butter
  • 1 small package 8.5 oz. Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 can corn drained
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • Ninja Foodi 6.5 quart + inner pot

Instructions

  • Prep Foodi inner gray pot with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a mixing bowl combine melted butter, Jiffy cornbread, drained canned corn, canned creamed corn and mix well.
  • In the same bowl, stir in sour cream, eggs and sugar and mix well again to incorporate all the ingredients.
  • Pour corn casserole batter in Ninja Foodi Pot and Bake/Roast for 30-35 minutes on 350 degrees.
  • Scoop out sweet corn casserole with a serving spoon.

Notes

  • Have an 8 quart Ninja Foodi? I haven’t made this corn casserole recipe in my 8 quart, but it should work similar. Because the inner pot is larger, it will spread out the corn casserole batter thinner and you may need to check around 25 minutes versus 30-35 as it will cook quicker.

Hey guys, the corn casserole recipe looks great. Just one thing on the instructions. You did not specify the temperature setting on bake/roast. The default is 375°, so that is what I’m using. I’ll let you know how it turns out.

    1. Trisha Haas says:

Randy, I do not know how the actual temperature didnt make it into the printable recipe. I used the same recipe as my NON-Ninja Foodi corn casserole, so the temperature is 350 degrees. I hope you see this!

  2. Made this for a Thanksgiving potluck of about 20 people and it was the hit of the dinner. Have made it many times since and everyone loves it! Thanks for a great recipe!
