Ninja Foodi 6.5 Quart , Thanksgiving Recipe
- 1/2 cup, 1 stick, melted butter
- 1 small package, 8-9 oz. cornbread mix
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- Ninja Foodi 6.5 quart + inner pot

Corn Casserole in the Ninja Foodi
Grease inner ceramic gray pot with nonstick cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl combine melted butter, Jiffy cornbread mix, drained canned corn, canned creamed corn and mix well.
In the same bowl, stir in sour cream, eggs, and sugar and mix well.
Spoon corn casserole batter into prepared pan.
Pour batter in Ninja Foodi Pot and Bake/Roast for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.
Scoop out sweet corn casserole and serve.

- 1 small package 8.5 oz. Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 can corn drained
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup white sugar

Instructions
- Prep Foodi inner gray pot with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl combine melted butter, Jiffy cornbread, drained canned corn, canned creamed corn and mix well.
- In the same bowl, stir in sour cream, eggs and sugar and mix well again to incorporate all the ingredients.
- Pour corn casserole batter in Ninja Foodi Pot and Bake/Roast for 30-35 minutes on 350 degrees.
- Scoop out sweet corn casserole with a serving spoon.
Notes
- Have an 8 quart Ninja Foodi? I haven’t made this corn casserole recipe in my 8 quart, but it should work similar. Because the inner pot is larger, it will spread out the corn casserole batter thinner and you may need to check around 25 minutes versus 30-35 as it will cook quicker.

Hey guys, the corn casserole recipe looks great. Just one thing on the instructions. You did not specify the temperature setting on bake/roast. The default is 375°, so that is what I’m using. I’ll let you know how it turns out.
Randy, I do not know how the actual temperature didnt make it into the printable recipe. I used the same recipe as my NON-Ninja Foodi corn casserole, so the temperature is 350 degrees. I hope you see this!
